Stefanos Tsitsipas is in great shape and this is undeniable. He managed an easy victory over the Australian Alex De Minaur with 6-3, 6-4 games. The Greek tennis player went strong in the one-hour and nine-minute race, keeping the lead in both games.
This was Stephanos’ 50th win this year and 100th in ATP tournaments in two years. He may still be at number 7 in the world rankings but he is the third, behind Nadal and Djokovic, who have won 100 of their 160 games at the age of 21.
On Friday he is getting ready to face Novak Djokovic in the quarter-finals of the Rolex Paris Masters, in their third “meeting” this year.
