These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tennis Square website and booking platform and the services we offer — tennis and padel court rentals, coaching sessions, programs and events — operated by Tennis Square (Α. Τριάντης – Δ. Φιλίππου Ι.Κ.Ε.). By booking any service you accept these Terms. We may update them from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Bookings & payments. All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing, and a booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Online payments are processed securely via Nexi XPay.

Cancellations & refunds. Our full cancellation policy forms part of these Terms and is set out in the “Returns & Cancellations” section.

Health & fitness. By booking, you confirm you are in good physical health and able to safely take part in the activity, that you have no condition that may be aggravated by physical activity, and that you have consulted a physician if unsure of your fitness.

Assumption of risk & liability. Participation in sport carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tennis Square, its staff and partners accept no liability for any injury, illness, damage or loss incurred while taking part in our activities, and you assume full responsibility for your participation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Greek law.

Minors. All bookings for individuals under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf and confirms their fitness to participate.

Conduct & facility rules. Participants must follow the instructions of our coaches and staff and any posted facility rules. We may refuse or cancel service for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

Privacy & intellectual property. We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR — see our Privacy Policy. All content on this website (branding, logos, text, images) is owned by or licensed to Tennis Square and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by Greek law and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rhodes, Greece.

You can pay for your booking online using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners and Discover credit, debit and prepaid cards, as well as American Express. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also supported.

All card payments are processed through the Nexi XPay secure electronic payment platform of Nexi Payments Greece S.A.

Court bookings (tennis/padel). Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the start time; a 50% charge applies within 12 hours; no refund for no-shows.

Private & group lessons. Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before; a 50% charge applies within 24 hours; no refund for same-day cancellation or no-show.

Packages & programs. Non-refundable once started; group programs require at least 72 hours’ notice for a refund.

Weather & company-initiated cancellations. If a session cannot take place due to weather or a closure on our side, you receive a full refund or a rescheduling credit.

Refunds. Eligible refunds are issued to the original card via Nexi XPay within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

This website and booking service are operated by Tennis Square — Α. Τριάντης – Δ. Φιλίππου Ι.Κ.Ε. (the “Company”), the data controller for your personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the EU GDPR and Greek data-protection law.

What we collect. Name and contact details (email, phone); age and parent/guardian details where the participant is a minor; booking history and preferences; health declarations where relevant; and payment information — processed by our payment provider (Nexi XPay), with full card details never stored by us.

Why we collect it. To manage and confirm bookings and communicate changes (performance of a contract); to send marketing only with your consent; to meet Greek tax, accounting and legal obligations; and to keep participants safe.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the trusted booking and payment platforms that operate our service (e.g. our booking system and Nexi XPay) and with Greek legal, tax or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you may access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw marketing consent, receive your data in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr). Security & retention. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and keep it only as long as necessary and as required by Greek tax and accounting law.

All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi XPay" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and use TLS 1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL) encryption. Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Participation Waiver & Liability Release. By accepting this waiver when booking, you declare and agree to the following:

1. You confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and fit to participate in the chosen activity (tennis/padel lesson, court booking or any other related service) without restriction.

2. You understand that participation in sports activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, physical harm, permanent disability or even death, which you fully accept under your own responsibility.

3. You expressly release and discharge Tennis Square, its coaches, partners and facility staff from any liability for loss, injury, permanent damage or death that may occur during or as a result of your participation, or while present within the premises, except in cases of proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

4. If the participant is a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept all of the above on their behalf.

5. You agree to comply with the facility rules and the operational guidelines set by Tennis Square during your participation.
